Is this a sign of iron deficiency?
I crave Greek olives (Kalamata sp?) I ran out of those now Im eating black olives. Does that sound like Im low on iron? Im a breastfeeding mom.
No, I don’t see how would that be a sign of Iron Deficiency.
If you are worried about it than I suggest that you see a Physician so they can do a CBC and maybe they can prescribe some vitamins. If you can get some prenatal vitamins (over the counter) you can take those and have a healthier diet since you are breastfeeding it’s almost like you are still pregnant.
